What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting students aged 16+ in exploring their options, including university, apprenticeships, and career pathways.
• Raising aspirations and awareness through engaging activities and tailored guidance.
• Delivering attainment-raising interventions and working with third-party providers.
• Offering personalised support, meeting regularly with students and adapting resources to suit individual needs.
• Based primarily at our Sixth Form campus on Rating Lane, with occasional work at our Channelside campus.

Salary: £11,107 - £11,431 per annum (Pro rata of £25,685-£26,436) Hours: 16 hours per week Tenure:  Permanent, Full year Annual Leave: Pro rata of 30 days plus bank holidays and Christmas closure Closing Date: 21/10/2025 Interview Date: TBC
