The core purpose of the job is to provide impartial and professional career guidance that meets the needs of every child, with advice and support tailored to their needs. The role will utilise good practice to prepare young people with the necessary knowledge and skills for choices about further education, training and employment, and the transition to get there. They will provide professional career guidance services, including personal interviews to provide students' skills, knowledge and understanding for career planning and management to secure the best opportunities for their future.
