FutureSmart Careers Ltd is a dynamic independent careers company working with approximately 80 independent, state-maintained and specialist schools across the South of England and South Wales. We pride ourselves on delivering highly effective, impartial, and inspirational careers guidance programmes to young people and our philosophy is to work with schools collaboratively to deliver flexible, high-quality services to complement the school’s careers provision. We are ambitious for the best outcomes for all of the young people we support and our team are skilled at engaging with individuals in an open and impartial way to explore the full range of available opportunities.
As an affiliate member of the CDI, we are committed to the highest standards of professional conduct and service delivery and our staff are qualified to Level 6 or Level 7 in careers guidance, have enhanced DBS certification and receive Level 2 safeguarding training. Our advisers are employed by us and participate in a vigorous quality assurance process which includes an appraisal system and encourages reflective practice.
We are also proud to be a recognised provider with the Careers and Enterprise Company, a Morrisby strategic partner and we are Matrix accredited.
