Company Overview
Halton is a great place to live and work. We are one of the largest employers in the Borough, with over 2,300 people who work across a hugely diverse cross section of roles and services. Our people are our biggest asset. As we are a relatively small council, it’s normal to see our Chief Executive or Senior Leaders walking by or stopping to say hello.
Halton is a unitary council which incorporates the towns of Runcorn and Widnes, as well as Hale Village, Sandymoor and Daresbury. A population of just over 128,000 and a workforce where many also live in the Borough enables us to connect with communities and residents more directly.
