MPLOY Solutions Ltd is Matrix accredited and provides careers advice, work experience and employability services for the education sector across the North West and Midlands.Established since 2011 our team comprises Level 6 qualified careers advisers, employer engagement specialist and nebosh qualified H&S assessors.
Our services comprise delivery of careers guidance services (including one to ones, groups and careers related events) in a wide range of schools and colleges including mainstream, alternative provision, virtual schools and SEND, work experience services including H&S vetting and a range of employability and careers related events and activities such as Meet the Professionals and Careers Fairs.
Company History
Established in 2012 as a result of the closure of Connexions in Cheshire and Warrington and in response to demand for careers and work experience services from schools. Owned by Norma Guest (previously Chief Exec and Operations Manager at Connexions) and George Miller, with Norma being the Managing Director and originally trained as a Level 7 Careers Adviser.
Over the past ten years the company has gradually grown and expanded across the NW and Midlands now working with a wide range of schools and colleges across the regions supporting them to meet Ofsted requirements and the Gatsby benchmarks.
Our team of 20+ staff are a mix of Level 6 qualified careers advisers, work experience and employer engagement specialists, and H&S Assessors.
